How Watching Intuitive Art Can Increase Mindfulness + Relaxation
Intuitive art is an excellent way to increase mindfulness and relaxation. It is a creative practice that allows us to tap into our intuition and authentic living. Through intuitive painting, we can learn to be more mindful of our thoughts, feelings, and emotions. We can also use it as a form of authenticity exercises that help us become more aware of ourselves and our surroundings.
Intuitive art encourages us to express ourselves in ways we may not have considered before. It helps us explore different aspects of ourselves that may have been hidden or forgotten. Not only does it allow us to relax and be mindful, but it also gives us the opportunity to explore our creativity in a safe environment.
