In this beginner-friendly class, we'll explore foundational poses, gentle breathwork techniques, and soothing yin postures, as well as mindfulness habits. We'll also incorporate joint-softening movements to enhance mobility and flexibility. This class is especially helpful for those with stiff joints and muscles or those looking to recover from past injuries. Leave feeling relaxed, grounded, and more connected to your body. No experience necessary!

Hard Rock Yoga (Intermediate) Hatha Flow

Ready to amp up your yoga practice? This intermediate class invites students comfortable with sun salutations (Surya Namaskara) and basic poses to explore a more dynamic flow. We'll focus on alignment, breathwork (pranayama), and mindful movement, building strength and flexibility while deepening your mind-body connection. Expect a playful and energetic vibe with room for personal exploration. This class is perfect for experienced yogis who are physically active and injury-free. Let's spark our inner fire! ✨

6 Week Beginner’s Yoga Class

Are you new to yoga or looking for a gentle approach? Join our 6-week "Gentle Yoga for Beginners: 6 Weeks to Wellness" series and discover the transformative power of yoga. In this class, you'll learn basic yoga poses, explore mindful breathing techniques, and cultivate relaxation skills. We will also focus on improving joint mobility, increasing flexibility, and releasing tension from the body. Our supportive and encouraging atmosphere is perfect for beginners of all ages and abilities. Commit to your well-being and experience the benefits of yoga in just 6 weeks.

No prior yoga experience is necessary – just a willingness to explore and discover your inner peace.

Private Groups

We do offer private group classes for small groups (2-9 people) in studio.
The flat rate for this is $100 per one-hour class.

1-1 Yoga Coaching

For a simple 1:1 private yoga lesson, we offer this in two options:

  • 30 min private session -$27

  • 60 min private session -$55

1-1 Wellness Optimization

We also offer private healing and wellness optimization in the form of our personalized 4-week program.

Experience the power of yoga tailored to your unique needs. This 1-1 program combines personalized yoga sessions with holistic wellness coaching to address your physical, mental, and emotional well-being. We'll explore customized yoga postures, Ayurvedic principles, and mindfulness techniques to help you achieve your goals and live a more balanced life.

Cost is $100/hr or $450 for 4 private sessions or 2 payments of $225.

  • Yoga is this awesome mind-body practice that's all about connecting with your breath, moving your body, and finding your inner peace. It started way back in ancient India, and now there are tons of different styles to explore, from chill vibes to high-energy flows. 😁I’m bringing ancient India straight to you, in Frederick, Oklahoma!

  • Yoga offers a wide range of benefits, sure to shine your inner sparkle, including:

    • Increased flexibility, strength, and balance

    • Improved posture and body awareness

    • Reduced stress and anxiety

    • Enhanced mood and emotional well-being

    • Improved sleep quality

    • Increased energy levels

    • Pain management

    • Enhanced focus and concentration

    • Greater sense of self-awareness and mindfulness

  • Anything that makes you feel comfy and confident! Yoga pants, leggings, or shorts paired with a cute top are perfect. Just make sure you can move freely and nothing is too tight or too loose. ✨Bonus points for sparkle, wild colors or bold prints.

  • You really don’t need to bring anything but a positive mindset (see below.) However, some students may choose to bring the following:

    • Yoga Mat - Thanks to a generous grant from GiveBackYoga, we have high quality yoga mats for all students, however, if you’d like to bring your own, you can!

    • Water - If you get thirsty in the middle of a workout, you may want to bring a water bottle with you, however, this is totally optional!

    • A Positive, Playful Mindset - Yoga is meant to be a practice not something you master -ever - at any point. Bring an open mind and give yourself grace. We award bonus points for people who attempt new poses and fall out. ☺️ We don’t believe in failure or perfectionism at The Sparkling Hippie.

  • Just let your teacher know before class starts. They'll help you modify poses or find alternatives that work for your body.

    Definitely start with the beginner class too!

  • Actually - this is why we practice yoga. So we CAN be more flexible - mentally, spiritually and physically.

    Yoga is for everyone, no matter your age, fitness level, or flexibility. Think of it as a journey, not a destination. You'll get more flexible over time with regular practice. ✨

  • Ideally, 2-3 times a week to really feel the benefits. But even once a week is a great start!

  • Nope! Yoga has roots in ancient philosophy, but it's not tied to any specific religion. It's a practice that can complement (and most likely enhance) any belief system.

  • Be on time, turn off your phone, and respect your fellow yogis. Try to avoid chatting during class, and listen to your teacher's guidance.

  • Instructor, Haley Hoover self-identifies as a 60’s hippie born in a different generation. She wasn’t around during the Summer of Love or Woodstock, but just ask her - she knows a lot about the vibe of the era. 😎
