What to Expect During a Reiki Session

During a Reiki session, you'll lie down fully clothed on a massage table. The practitioner will gently place their hands on or slightly above your body, allowing the flow of Reiki energy to promote healing and balance. You may experience sensations of warmth, tingling, or deep relaxation.

Truly, you’re basically relaxing for 30-60 minutes. You may not be touched at all by the practitioner, very little at most. We may have some beautiful discussions before or after if you’re open to it. Other than that it is a very non-invasive form of healing therapy.

Most of my clients so far report either feeling more energetic than ever before in the days following or sleeping more deeply than they have in years! Many report deep emotional release as well, which is a very positive sign for healing.
