90 minutes of Heart-Opening Yoga. Heart opening yoga reminds us that our hearts are so big and can carry so much. Stepping onto our yoga mats remind us there is a physical and spiritual connection with how our bodies manifest the desires of our heart. If our energy is flowing, we can feel both positive and negative feelings and be able to process them in a compassionate way. This discomfort can be identified on the yoga mat when we find ourselves in a new pose that our bodies are unfamiliar with. Are we discouraged or are we curious as to how this new pose will enhance our yoga practice?
As businesswomen and entrepreneurs, we are familiar with not knowing what's next. We keep going because our hearts are open, we’re curious to see what we’ll find. Heart opening poses do the same. We feel big, and we release big too. Lets lead with our hearts on and off the mat.
90 minutes of Intuitive Art Healing. Using a mix of intuitive journaling, art-making and soulful discussion, you will be lead on a journey inside your own heart, so that you’ll be able to pinpoint any old, stagnant or unhelpful emotions, beliefs and thoughts that are subconsciously holding you back from greater success in your business. Previous clients has described this process as “10 years of therapy in one hour.”
We will be cultivating the soil of your heart — asking your highest self for guidance on your next path forward and upward in business. It’s time for you to attract heart-centered clients and income.

The cost of this event is $99. Your ticket includes admission to this event, as well as light snacks and infused water. Your cost also includes all necessary art supplies.
